Activating Call Recordings for Non-Billable Calls

Note: The recording button is available for all ‘not billable’ and ‘disputed calls’ where a recording is available. A recoding link is available in exported reports.

1. Log into your Admin Account (

2. Navigate to User Management: Global Options->User Manager


3. Scroll to your desired user and click ‘Edit User’

4. Make sure ‘Supplier’ flag is set to ‘Yes’ and ‘Recoding’ flag is set to ‘Yes’.


5. Scroll to the bottom the User Management page and click, ‘Save User’.

Your user now has access to recordings from their administration screen. See screenshot below.
