Advertisers, also referred to as Brands, whose performance marketing teams are charged with generating phone calls for their sales organizations, or generating leads that convert into phone calls, use the following elements of the Performance Call Marketing Platform:

A typical Advertiser client will use Call Tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of their campaigns. They will use landing pages with phone and trackable phone numbers. The numbers will track either at the marketing campaign level or at the unique visitor level. The forms will upon submission, present Talk Now and Schedule A Call engagement options to engage the customer into a conversation. Lead-to-Call automation will be used to follow up with the leads until a phone connection is achieved or the maximum attempts is reached. Lead-to-Call Automation typically replaces manual outbound call process. Once a lead affirms they want to talk, Dyanmic Call Distribution is used to find the right agent or salesperson to speack with the lead. After Hours and Overflow are used to ensure inbound calls always recieve a prompt response and the right follow-up as soon as an agent becomes available. Integrations are typically made with other marketing software such as click tracking, Google AdWords, and downstream into the call center’s CRM (customer relationship management) system.
